Ingredients

Diced Chicken: 10.0 lb
TERIYAKI SAUCE: 2.0 lb
White/Brown Rice: 5.0 lb
Cut Broccoli: 5.0 lb
Sliced Carrots: 5.0 lb
Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Cook rice, broccoli, carrots, and diced chicken in a convection oven at 350℉ for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Mix or coat chicken with TERIYAKI SAUCE.
  3. Plate/assemble bowl.
  4. Garnish with sesasme seeds to your liking.
