Directions
- Mix cold water and BATTER MIX FOR FRIED CUTLET GOLD thoroughly.
- Dip pork loin in BATTER MIX FOR FRIED CUTLET GOLD batter.
- Coat battered pork loin in panko.
- Deep-fry pork loin at 350℉ for 5 minutes.
- Drain excess oil and serve with shredded cabbage and katsu sauce to your liking.
