Ingredients

Pork Loin: 2.5 lb (4.0 oz=1 pc)
BATTER MIX FOR FRIED CUTLET GOLD: 1.2 oz
Cold Water: 3.6 oz
Panko: 4.0 oz
Shredded Cabbage

Directions

  1. Mix cold water and BATTER MIX FOR FRIED CUTLET GOLD thoroughly.
  2. Dip pork loin in BATTER MIX FOR FRIED CUTLET GOLD batter.
  3. Coat battered pork loin in panko.
  4. Deep-fry pork loin at 350℉ for 5 minutes.
  5. Drain excess oil and serve with shredded cabbage and katsu sauce to your liking.
