Chicken wings: 5.0 lb
Cold Water: 11.0 oz
KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX SUPER CRISPY
- For Batter: 5.0 oz
- For Dredging: 2.4 oz
SOY GARLIC GLAZE: 1.0 lb
Chopped Green Onions
Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Mix cold water and KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX thoroughly.
  2. Dip chicken wings in the KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX batter.
  3. Coat battered chicken wings in dry KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX powder.
  4. Deep fry the chicken wings at 340℉ for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Mix with SOY GARLIC GLAZE.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds to your liking.
