| CHOW MEIN SAUCE: 12.8 oz |
| Chow Mein Noodles: 5.0 lb (weight increases after boiling, measuring is recommended) |
| Diced Chicken: 1.5 lb |
| Cut Yellow Bell Peppers: 6.0 oz |
| Cut Red Bell Peppers: 6.0 oz |
| Cut Onions: 6.0 oz |
| Cut Broccoli: 6.0 OZ |
| Sliced Green Onions: As needed |
Directions
- [CONVECTION OVEN METHOD]
- Put boiled noodles into a hotel pan and top with sauce.
- Layer toppings over noodles. Ensure noodles are fully covered to prevent them from burning.
- Cook in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes, then mix thoroughly.
- [BOIL AND MIX METHOD]
- Cook noodles and ingredients separately in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Drain water after cooking.
- Mix ingredients, noodles, and sauce thoroughly.
