Cold Water: 12.0 oz (1 1/2 cup)
KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX SUPER CRISPY
- For Batter: 5.5 oz
- For Dredging: 2.4 oz
SOY GARLIC GLAZE: 1.0 lb

Directions

  1. Mix cold water and KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX thoroughly.
  2. Dip chicken wings in KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX batter.
  3. Coat battered chicken wings in dry KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX powder.
  4. Deep-fry chicken wings at 340℉ for 15-18 minutes.
