Ingredients

Cod fillet: 2.4 lb
TEMPURA BATTER MIX SUPER CRISPY
- For Dredging: small amount
- For Batter: 1.0 lb
Cold Water: 24.0 fl oz (3 cups)
French Fries
Cut Lemons
Cut Parsley
Dipping Sauce

Directions

  1. Dredge cod fillet in TEMPURA BATTER MIX.
  2. Mix cold water and TEMPURA BATTER MIX thoroughly.
  3. Dip cod fillet in tempura batter and deep-fry.
  4. Drain excess oil.
  5. Garnish with cut lemons and parsley to your liking.
  6. Serve with french fries and dipping sauce.
