Ingredients

Cut Cauliflower: 2.4 lb
TEMPURA BATTER MIX SUPER CRISPY
- For Dredging: small amount
- For Batter: 1.0 lb
Cold Water: 24.0 fl oz (3 cups)
Chopped Parsley

Directions

  1. Dredge cut cauliflower in TEMPURA BATTER MIX.
  2. Mix cold water and TEMPURA BATTER MIX thoroughly.
  3. Dip cut cauliflower in tempura batter and deep-fry.
  4. Drain excess oil.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley to your liking and serve.
