Sliced Ahi Tuna: 5.0 lb
JAPANESE DRESSING: 450 ml
Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Coat ahi tuna with sesame seeds.
  2. Sear ahi tuna in hot oil for 30–60 sec per side until crispy outside and rare inside.
  3. Slice thin and serve with a drizzle of JAPANESE DRESSING.
